Default strat for shredders

I think strat guitar are used extensively by guitarist who love to runs on those frets board and improvise those scales. The feel of it is really nice compared to other guitars. And also clean sounding for rhythm.

well basically it is a commitment in guitar playing if you want to shred because a simple strumming training will not get you to it? and fender makes it easy for a guitarist to learn because of the easy handling.

Well that is what they are made for. I think they are a bit more durable because of this factor. You have to have something that will be strong enough to handle the abuse.
